About the workshops:
Explore movement while being guided to listen to and connect with your body. In this workshop, we'll move using a somatic approach, where you are your own best teacher. Elements of yoga, contemporary dance, and Authentic Movement will be included, with props like chairs to support your practice. 

No prior dance experience is required.​​
